I am a Christ-centered counselor and life coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Crisis Counseling) and a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling (Life Coaching). I am also a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator and a Board Certified Mental Health Coach.

I have experience supporting individuals, couples, families, children, and teens through seasons of anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, parenting struggles, and personal growth.
